// An open letter from Larry Mullen

Larry Mullen has written an open letter to U2.com members, in response to pre-sale ticketsale problems that have upset many U2 fans.

A lot of fans that were able to log in were disappointed to see that there were no tickets left, or that they were only able to buy less than desirable seats instead of seats with 'the best view in the house', as they were promised.
