// U2 in studio with Rubin and Green Day

U2 are in the studio working on the follow-up to 2004's 'How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb' and will record a Hurricane Katrina benefit song with Green Day.

Billboard reports that the bands will record a cover of 'The Saints Are Coming' by Scottish punk band The Skids, proceeds from the song will go to Music Rising, an initiative co-founded by The Edge which helps musicians who lost their instruments during Hurricane Katrina.

U2 are working on their new album with legendary producer Rick Rubin.
